Forum Lenteng

Forum Lenteng Is an education(-oriented) group in the field of alternative education and development of audio-visual media knowledge. Established in 2003 by communication/journalism students, art workers, researchers, and cultural observers, Forum Lenteng started in conjunction with a documentary video project workshop, the Massroom Project in 2003-2004. Since then, this group has become a learning space to examine various socio-cultural issues in society, through a variety of programs including workshops, collaborative- and individual- art projects using tools such as audio visual media, research, documentation and publishing. Since 2003, Forum Lenteng has actively participated in various film and art events such as the 9th International Istanbul Biennial, Turkey (2005); New Beginners, TENT, Center Rotterdam, Netherlands (2006); OK.
